Why is this a loan scam?

• The email address used is a free Gmail address.
• The email was mass-mailed to many recipients all of whose email addresses were visible in CC. A legitimate lender would not breach client confidentiality like this.
• The email gives no indication of who the company offering the loan are regulated by or any physical contact details.
