The below loan scam message is being spammed on various internet forums and social media sites.

End your troubles and worries of financing because, I have a capital which will be used to grant particular loans in the short and long term ranging from 1000 € to 8,000,000 € to any serious person wanting this loan. 2% interest per year depending on the amount loaned because being private I do not want to violate the law on usury. you can repay over 1 to 25 years maximum depending on the amount loaned. the monthly payments are up to you. I only ask for a certified handwritten acknowledgment of debt and also some documents to be provided

Why is this a loan scam?
- The email address used is a free Gmail address.
- The massage was spammed onto forums and social media. A legitimate lender would not use such tactics.
- The message gives no indication of who is offering the loan, where they are based or who they are regulated by.
- The ridiculous upper amount of loan being offered.
