The below loan scam email was sent to an email address that exists only to catch scam emails. It has never been used to register on any site, only to communicate with scammers.

Why is this a loan scam?

  1. The email was mass-mailed to many recipients using BCC.
  2. The domain used is only 5 months old and was registered using a privacy service to hide the owner’s details.
  3. The email gives the impression that it relates to an existing loan application, but it doesn’t.
