The following is a post that was made from IP address 185.227.82.9 on the online guestbook of a hotel. Not somewhere that a legitimate financial services company would be advertising.

Why is this a loan scam?
- The email addresses used are free Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo addresses.
- A legitimate financial services company would not be spamming hotel guest books.
- The post gives no indication of where the company offering the loan are based or who they are regulated by.
- The post originated from the IP address of an anonymous proxy service. A legitimate business would have no need to use such a service to hide their location.
