The below loan scam email was sent to an email address that exists only to catch scam emails. It has never been used to register on any site, only to communicate with scammers.

We are a Hedge Fund Firm established in Europe. We fund Start up / Established business. We offer Commercial Loans to different industries ranging from Housing, Construction and Production.

We also render Mortgage services for home Buyers. Our Application is swift and reliable. Loans Applications are closed in a maximum of 14 working days at a minimum interest of 5% Annually.

We are also Partnering with Brokers so as to extend our reach, our broker fee is 5% of Approved funding. Kindly reply to the email. We are looking forward to working with you.
