Why is this a loan scam?

1. It was sent from a totally different email address to the one that you are asked to reply to.
2. The email address used is a free email address.
3. The email gives no indication of who City Trust Finance are regulated by.
4. The ridiculous low interest rate being offered.
5. The email originated from Kenya, which is a known Advance Fee Fraud hotspot, yet the company claims to be in the USA.
